Delete your account
You can erase your account and everything in it at any time.
How to delete it
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Under "Delete my account," type your email.
- Choose "Delete for good."
What gets deleted
Your profile, searches, steps, findings, letters, obituaries, messages and stored papers. Family members lose access to those searches. This can't be undone, so download what you need first.
What we have to keep
Payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require, with your personal details removed where we can. Stripe keeps its own records.
If you can't sign in
Write to hello@aftersomeonedies.app from the email on the account, and we'll delete it for you.
