Questions about paying
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for each person who died. Nothing renews.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund of the Search Kit within 30 days, for any reason. The Search Service is refundable until we start work. Write to us from your account.
What if we find nothing?
The price stays the same, and we can't promise a result. A careful search that finds nothing still tells your family it's safe to stop looking.
Do you take a share of what we find?
Never. Anything you recover belongs to your family.
What does the Search Service include?
We go through what you send us, run the searches that don't need your own identity, prepare letters for you to sign and send a written report. We can't sign for you, act as your lawyer or file in court.
Can I start with the Kit and move up?
Yes. You pay the $220 difference and we start from what you already did.
Can someone else pay?
Yes. A friend can send the Search Kit as a gift, and you get a private link when you are ready.
